Terms

1. Scope: Visual/non‑invasive services as described in the selected plan.
2. Fees: As listed in Plans & Services; time & materials for approved add‑ons.
3. Insurance: Owner maintains insurance; we provide photo documentation as support.
4. Vendors: Licensed/insured vendors coordinated as needed; owner authorizes access.
5. Access: Key/lockbox/alarm coordination provided by owner.
6. Cancellation: Either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice (or at‑will for One‑Time/Emergency).
7. Compliance: Brokerage activities (leasing, listing, negotiation) handled by licensed brokers only.
8. Governing Law: State of Florida.
